    The American Cartel 14-Day Return Policy

    We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, subject to the conditions below:


    Eligibility for Returns

    1. Timeframe: All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

    2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

    3. Non-Returnable Items:

     Custom or personalized items.

     Clearance or final sale items.

    Gift cards.

    Return Process

    2. Approval & Instructions: Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how and where to send the item(s).

    3. Shipping Costs:

    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    Refunds

    1. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
